Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of Aerosure once the seal on the packaging has been broken, unless there is a product fault.

We are proud of the very positive feedback we get from our customers, and we want you to be completely happy with your Aerosure device. If you believe your goods are faulty or damaged please contact our customer care team on (866) 448-5372 who will be able to help you further. If we are unable to resolve the problem over the phone we will arrange a collection of the product.

  1. In order to return the goods you must first obtain an RMA number from our Customer Care team on (866) 448-5372.
  2. Complete the returns form included in the original box.
  3. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the device on a convenient day for you (Monday-Friday 8:30 – 18:00)
  4. On the address label add the RMA number and the return address: Actegy Health Inc, Three Woodfield, 8425 Woodfield Crossing Blvd. Suite 305E, Indianapolis IN 46240, USA .
